    3M™ Clinical Risk Groups (CRGs): Measuring risk, managing care

    3M™ Clinical Risk Groups (CRGs) describe the health status and burden of illness of individuals, regardless of specific disease status within a population. CRGs assign individuals to a single mutually exclusive risk category that is clinically meaningful, not just statistically relevant.


    3M is on the NHS England's Health Systems Support Framework (HSSF) to support population health

    3M has won a place on NHS England’s Health Systems Support Framework (HSSF) to provide the NHS with additional capability to deliver comprehensive Population Health Management solutions. As part of NHS England’s Five Year Forward View, the framework has been developed to help Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs) and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) to deploy rigorous and validated population health management capabilities.
