TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is 3M Philippines Inc at 10/F and 11/F The Finance Centre, 9th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City.
Promotion commences on 01 March 2022 and concludes at midnight Philippine Standard Time (PST) on 30 April 2022 (“Promotional Period”)
To register for the Challenge, visit https://engage.3m.com/wow-challenge-ph and complete the entry details. Entries must be submitted via the website by 11.59PM PST on 30 April 2022.
To be eligible to be selected for The Challenge, registrants must meet the minimum criteria set below:

Business entities and/or Commercial Kitchens with valid TIN (Tax Identification Number)
Completed the registration form within the Promotional Period
Agree to the terms of the Challenge, including to use the products during the 7-day trial and complete the feedback form at the end of the 7-day trial period to receive additional product(s); Agree to provide product feedback which may be used for future promotional purposes.

The Challenge is limited only to Philippine businesses except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies. Each offer may only be redeemed once per business. Maximum of 3 redemptions permitted per business for those with multiple branches, each redemption requires a unique registration. The general public is not eligible to join the Challenge.
Offer limited to 70 selected registrations. As 3M is looking for a range of businesses and types of Commercial Kitchens to participate, it will be at the discretion of 3M to select participating registrants. Registrants selected to participate in the Challenge will be notified within 5 days after entry by phone or email and their free product(s) to trial and keep. The free product(s) for trial will depend on Promoters’ assessment. The free product(s) will be delivered within 10 working days. Delivery time subject to stock availability.
The giveaway, and use of the giveaway, is governed by the warranty that comes with the product.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in giveaway value between now and the date of receipt of giveaway products.
Giveaways are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the giveaway with another of equivalent value.
The giveaways cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or for any other consideration otherwise than in accordance with this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all registrations and request for registrants to provide proof of identity, including, but not limited to, proof of valid TIN.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, or incomplete registrations and deliveries or incorrect information entered in the registration fields via https://engage.3m.com/wow-challenge-ph . The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries that are deemed as fraudulent or non-genuine.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the giveaway products except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
By participating in The Challenge, you agree and acknowledge that you will receive promotional information about products and services offered by 3M. You likewise allow 3M (and its vendors) to collect, maintain, use and transfer your personal information for this purpose in accordance with 3M’s 3M’s Privacy Policy.
The offers and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Philippine law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Philippines.
