SWOT analysis enables you to understand strength and weakness of your company, opportunity and threat in external environments, which leads to next actions.

Discussion may go too wide or topic may shift to area which beyond own control such as external environments. In order to prosecute to final action, it is important to integrate concrete measure through crossbreeding external environments in such a way like “Strength” X ”Opportunity”, “Strength” X “Threat”.
SWOT - Step by Step

(1) Define your Goal clearly
Define your goal to achieve clearly, and place it by using Post-it® Easel Pad so that it is always in your sight.

(2) List up your company’s Strength and Weakness
Put up Post-it® Easel Pad with strength and weakness written in, then write into Post-it® Super Sticky Notes.

(3) Put up Opportunities and Threats of External Environments, too
Put up Post-it® Easel Pad with opportunities and threats written in, then write into Post-it® Super Sticky Notes.

(4) Think how to facilitate strength of your company
Think how you can facilitate those ideas identified as strength to work for opportunity or against threat, then nail to implement measures.

(5) Crossbreed Weakness and Opportunity, Weakness and Threat
As to the items listed as weakness, think how you can deal it to catch opportunity or to overcome/prevent threat.

(6) Prioritize Actions and Measures
After the above (4) and (5) steps, prioritize each action and measure to utilize them for strategy.
