- Project Scope: Elements and scope configure Project
- Sprint: Development cycle of 1-2 weeks
- Daily Scrum: 15 minutes meeting to review every morning
Agile Scrum - Step by Step

(1) Set Goal of Project
First, set a goal of the project, write it in Post-it® Easel Pad and place it up so that it can been seen anytime.

(2) Break down into Elements essential for the Project.
Break down the project into elements (project scope), and prioritise them to complete.

(3) Break down into smaller Tasks
Break down the prioritized project scop into smaller tasks, and write them in Post-it® Super Sticky Notes.

(4) Determine the Tasks to be completed within a Cycle.
Determine which tasks to be completed within a sprint (1-2 weeks), and start working.

(5) Move Tasks from Progress
Every time when tasks progress, move Post-It® Super Sticky Notes and update the progress.

(6) Hold a 15 minutes Scrum Meeting every morning
This meeting is only for sharing the current status. If there is any agenda need to solve, a separate meeting should be held.

(7) Review after each Sprint
After each sprint passes, the team review it together and discuss good points, problems, changes required and so on.

(8) Repeat Sprint to complete Tasks
Repeat sprint and complete elements of the project (project scope) one by one.
