Terms and Conditions:

The 2024 3M AutoFilm Tint-eresting Contest (“Contest”) is organized by 3M Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”). The Organizer has the rights to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in the Contest shall constitute acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this Contest. The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents above the age of 18.

1. Contest Duration: The Contest runs from 15 August 2024 – 15 October 2024.
2. How to Enter the Contest:
   i. Create a social media post (image or video) and share it on social media with a caption explaining why you chose 3M™ Automotive Window Film for your vehicle
   ii. Follow and Tag the 3M Films MY Facebook page or 3M Films SEA Instagram page
   iii. Include the hashtag #3MAutoMakeover in your post
   iv. Ensure your post is public, and remains on your feed for a minimum of 3 months
   v. You must have purchased 3M Automotive Window Film from 3M authorized installers; and record of purchase will be validated through 3M warranty system https://ews2.3m.com/ews/pub/myaf/searchWarranty
3. Multiple Entries: Participants are welcome to enter the (“Contest”) multiple times.
4. Consent for Use of Submissions: By participating in this Contest, participants grant 3M permission to use, reproduce, edit, and display their submitted images/videos in any and all media for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.
5. Winner Selection and Announcement:
   i. A single winner will be selected based on the creativity of their post and adherence to the eligibility criteria stated in (b).
   ii. The winner will be announced by 15 November 2024 via 3M Films MY Facebook page or 3M Films SEA Instagram page.
6. Winner Validation process: The selected winner will be contacted directly via the platform used for their contest submission. The winner must respond within Seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and 3M reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Winning Prize and Redemption Details:
   i.    Winning Prize: The winner will receive 3M™ Paint Protection Film (PPF) full front coverage package valued at up to MYR10,700.
   ii.   The winner must redeem the prize by 30 December 2024 at designated 3M authorised installers. Failure to redeem the prize by this date will result in forfeiture of prize.
   iii.   Redemption can only be made at the following 3M authorized installers.
         a. Central Malaysia: Rexzu Auto Sdn Bhd

         b. Northern Malaysia: Worldtech Auto Accessories Centre
         No 66, Jalan Anson, Georgetown, Penang, 10400, Malaysia
   iv.  Acceptance of the prize implies consent to be filmed during the redemption and installation process.
   v.  The winner agrees to coordinate the redemption date and time with 3M to best support the PPF installation & filming process.
   vi.  Installation process will take 2-3 days
8. Agreement to Terms: By participating in this Contest, Participants agree to be bound by this Contest Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of 3M Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“3M Malaysia”). 3M reserves the rights to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Contest.
9. Data Protection: By participating in the Contest, the participant is deemed to have consented to the Organizer's collection, use, disclosure, and storage of the participant's personal data as necessary for the purpose of this contest and related purposes in accordance with 3M’s relevant privacy policy and applicable privacy laws.
10. Terms & Conditions Amendments: 3M reserves the right to modify, delete, or change the terms and conditions of this (“Contest”) without prior notice. All decisions by 3M are final and binding.
