  • Now you can quickly fulfill orders while minimizing process waste. Additive manufacturing by screen printing allows you to print very precise details like fine lines and small holes without the need to die-cut parts and extract the unneeded waste, while the UV curing means long open times with a quick cure. Once cured, a liner can be set in place to protect the cured Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) until it’s ready for use.

Use your existing screen printing and UV curing equipment to get started printing with 3M™ Screen Printable Pressure Sensitive Adhesive SP7202. This product is made of 100% solids and allows you to print directly onto parts. Because this product utilizes UV curing technology, it allows longer open times in the screen while printing and shorter time to cure to create a functional part. Cleanup is quick and easy.

  • Inspect and install squeegee

  • Apply adhesive to screen
