  • Terms and Conditions

    1. “2025 3M™ Automotive Window Film Crystalline Series CR BLK Launch Campaign” (“Campaign”) is active from 10 November 2025 – 30 November 2025 (“Campaign Period”) and is open to all Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia citizens and permanent residents above the age of 18. This Campaign is organized and run by 3M Malaysia Sdn Bhd, PT 3M Indonesia, 3M Philippines Inc and 3M Technologies (S) Pte Ltd within their respective jurisdiction(“3M”).
    2. Consent for Use of Submissions: By participating in this Campaign, participants grant 3M permission to use, reproduce, edit, and display their submitted comments, images or videos in any and all media for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.
    3. How to enter the Campaign:
      i. Comment on our Facebook or Instagram post, highlighting one feature of the new 3M™ Crystalline Black Automotive Window Film and explaining why you believe you should be the lucky one to win a 3M™ Automotive Window Film Crystalline Series CR BLK Full Car Package
      ii. Follow the 3M Films Facebook page and 3M Films SEA Instagram page
    4. Winner Selection and announcement:
      i. A single winner ("Winner") will be selected based on the creativity of their post and adherence to the eligibility criteria stated in (c). Creativity will be assessed based on originality, relevance to the product features, and engagement with the audience. The decision of the judges is final and binding.
      ii. The Winner will be announced by 30 December 2025 via 3M Films Facebook page and 3M Films SEA Instagram page.
    5. Winning Prize and Redemption Details:
      i. Winning Prize: The Winner will receive a 3M™ Automotive Window Film Crystalline Series CR BLK Full Car package (“Prize”).
      ii. The Winner must redeem the Prize by 15 January 2026 at designated 3M authorised installers, which will be specified at time of Winner notification. Failure to redeem the Prize by this date will result in forfeiture of prize.
      iii. By accepting the prize, the Winner gives express consent to be filmed during the redemption and installation process and will sign the requisite release form in favor of 3M.
      iv. The winner agrees to coordinate the redemption date and time with 3M to best support the installation & filming process.
      v.Installation process is estimated to take one day
    6. Winner Validation process: The Winner will be contacted directly via the platform used for their Campaign submission. The Winner must respond within Seven (7) days to claim their Prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and 3M reserves the right to select an alternate Winner.
    7. By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by this Campaign’s Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of 3M.
    8. By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to be contacted by 3M and/or 3M Channel Partners for follow-up communications related to the Campaign.
    9. 3M reserves the right to modify, delete, or change the terms and conditions of this Campaign without prior notice. All decisions by 3M are final and binding.
    10. By participating in the Campaign, the participant is deemed to have provided their consent for 3M to collect, use, disclose and store their personal data for the purpose of this campaign and related purposes in accordance with 3M’s relevant privacy policy and applicable privacy laws.
