The RoboTape™ System for 3M™ Tape is pre-loaded with approved 3M configuration settings to assist with fast machine initialization and passes 3M’s 5-point check, relying on extensive testing to confirm machine capability in the areas of:
1. Limited tape stretch
2. Accurate tape wet out
3. Splice identification and disposal
4. Successful liner handling
5. Repeatable tape placement accuracy
The system can be fully integrated by Innovative Automation or by the integrator of your choice.
