About the Speaker

Kayla Ostrander, CRCST, CHL, CER

Kayla Ostrander is a Technical Applications Engineer with 3M’s Medical Solutions Division in St. Paul, MN. Her role at 3M includes providing education for customers and sales personnel on improving the performance of the sterilization process and implementing best practices. Prior to working for 3M, Kayla worked in sterile processing as both a Technician and a Supervisor for various hospitals in the Twin Cities. Kayla holds both a MS and BS in Communication Studies, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Kayla is a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST), Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL), Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER), and a member of HSPA.
