‧ 本產品自購買日起計算保養期，在按照產品使用說明及機內操作指南正常使用狀態下使用本產品而發生故障，可根據此保養政策，憑本保養卡及購機發票在3M指定維修點享受保養服務。

‧ 自購買日起，在正常使用情况下，3M香港有限公司提供一年內免費保養。

‧ 在下列狀況下，雖在有效保養期內，本公司需酌情收取材料費及修理費用：

                       ■ 由於天災或其他災害而產生的損害

                       ■ 由於使用不當及人為疏忽所造成的故障

                       ■ 由於改裝所發生的故障

                       ■ 由於安裝後移動或運送所發生的故障

‧ 3M™汽車空氣清新機專用濾網不在保修養範圍內。

‧ 保養期限外，如需維修或更換零件，需酌情收取維修費。

‧ 保養與維修服務僅限於香港地區。

‧ 保養期内以下修理也將收費：

                      ■ 未能出示有效保養卡及購買發票的情况；

                      ■ 未按照產品使用說明的要求使用、維修、保管而造成損壞

               （包括但不限於外部電壓、電流、電磁的異常變動、使用不當、安裝後移動或運送等，從而導致的故障）;

                      ■ 購買後發生的，因摔落、進水而造成損壞；

                      ■ 因在非3M指定維修點或用戶自身進行修理、改造、分解等而造成損壞；

                      ■ 保養卡上未記載或塗改銷售日期、產品型號、產品編號、用戶名稱、經銷商名稱或經銷商印章；

                      ■ 保養卡上記載的產品型號或編號與商品實物不相符；

                      ■ 因使用非3M原裝耗材、原裝部件而引起損壞；

                 ■ 因天災或其他災害而產生的損害；

‧ 本產品的專用濾網屬於耗材，不在保養範圍內。

‧ 在修理時，有可能根據具體情況不對機身進行修理，而以3M指定的、不低於原產品性能的機型進行調換。

‧ 保養中所更換的配件歸3M所有。

‧ 3M不對產品發生故障時可能造成客戶間接的損失負責。

‧ 請妥善保存保養卡，保養卡遺失均不穫補發。

‧ 保養與維修服務僅限於香港地區。

Product Warranty

            

• The warranty period shall start from the date of purchase. If the product is faulty despite using according to the usage instruction and operation guidelines, you may enjoy repairing service at 3M authorized service centre by showing the warranty card and purchase invoice in accordance with this warranty policy.
• From the date of purchase, provided that the product is under proper usage, 3M provides one year of free servicing.
• Under the following circumstances, the Company will charge material fee and repair cost as appropriate, even during the warranty period.

  
  

  - Damage is caused by force majeure such disaster

  - Fault occurs due to inappropriate uses and negligence

  - Fault occurs due to modification

  - Fault that occurs during movement or transport after installment

  
  
• 3M™ Vehicle Air Purifier Filter is not covered in the warranty.
• Outside the warranty period, if maintenance or replacement part is needed, relevant charges will incur as necessary.
• Warranty and maintenance services are limited only to Hong Kong.
• Within the warranty period, repair fee will be charged for the following situations:

  
  

  - Failure to show valid warranty card and purchase invoice;

  - Damage caused by usage, repair or storage that does not comply with the product usage instruction (including but not limited to external voltage, current, magnetic fluctuation, inappropriate use, movement or transport after installment);

  - Damage occurs due to falling from height or contact with water after purchase;

  - Damage occurs due to repair, modification, disassembly carried out by the user or service centre not authorized by 3M;

  - Warranty card not showing or has altered the date of sales, product model number, product serial number, user name, dealer name or dealer seal;

  - Product Model Number or Product Serial Number shown on the warranty card not matching the actual product;

  - Damage arose due to using non-3M parts

  - Damage caused by force majeure such disaster

  
  
• The product filter is categorized as supply item, and is not covered in this warranty.
• When the product is sent for repair, there may be situation that no repair will be done, but instead there will be exchange for model of which features are not of lower specification than the original product specified by 3M
• Accessories changed during warranty shall belong to 3M.
• 3M will not be responsible for customer’s indirect damage that might result from fault that occurs in the product.
• Please keep the warranty card properly. Once lost, it will not be reissued.
• Warranty and maintenance services are limited only to Hong Kong.

Other than specific filter for 3M™ Vehicle Air Purifier, do not put any other accessory that is not part of the device into it. If you find any fault, please contact the Company. Do not attempt to repair it on your own as this may affect your warranty right, and even result in permanent fault to the 3M™ Vehicle Air Purifier.
