Selected participants will be notified within 5 business days after entry by phone or email and their free product(s) to trial and keep will be delivered within 5 working days, this may take longer depending on stock availability.
    8. Unless otherwise expressly stated, prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of first publication of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the prize redemption date.
    9. Giveaways are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the giveaway with another of equivalent value.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries that are deemed as fraudulent or non-genuine.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
