3M™ Petrifilm™ Plates Technical Training

Thursday, February 17, 2022, 10 – 11 a.m. U.S. CST

  • 3M™ Petrifilm™ Plate methods are applied in food and beverage testing laboratories worldwide and are proven to be consistent, reliable, and accurate microbial indicator test methods. While many people familiar with food microbiology have used 3M Petrifilm Plates, ongoing refresher training is a good practice to help ensure your teams maintain current understanding of methods and processes, as well as meet accreditation requirements such as ISO 17025:2017.

Join 3M Food Safety experts for a technical training on 3M Petrifilm Plate technology and a review of procedures and best practices for using the plates. Afterwards, your questions will be answered live by the experts.

    What will you learn?

    • How 3M Petrifilm Plate technology works
    • Important considerations for sample preparation
    • Interpretation of plates in a variety of scenarios
