    Speaker's Bio: Tejas Viswanathan is our Advanced Application Engineer for the 3M Personal Safety Division in the MEA region; supporting the 3M Fall Protection business. He has been working in this field and addressing the challenges associated with working at height for over 7 years. He is always keen to see different challenges that personnel face while working at height and/or in confined spaces and propose suitable solutions to ensure their safety moving forward; so that they could return home safely from work. He joined 3M in November 2017 and based in United Arab Emirates.
