Catherine Sol, EMEA Product Marketer for Novec Fluids at 3M, holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and has been working in the area of Fluoro Chemicals at 3M for eight years.

Rudi Van San, EMEA Application Engineer for Novec Fluids at 3M is the co-presenter of the Webinar. Rudi has a degree in chemical engineering, and he has 30 years of experience with 3M Electronics, focusing on Novec Fluids.

Mark Duggan, Director of Precision Cleaning Technologies at Acota Ltd. Mark has spent over 20 years in the component cleaning industry, with the last 17 years at Acota. He witnessed the launch of 3M™ Novec™ Engineered Fluids and has assisted hundreds of organisations in the selection of products and improving cleaning processes ever since. In more recent years, he has provided advice on finding alternatives due to increasing regulatory compliance. He has helped companies in aerospace, electronics, automotive, medtech and defence optimise their cleaning operations.
