About the Speakers

Judy Lambert, BS, CRCST

Judy Lambert is a Clinical Specialist with the 3M Medical Solutions Division. She provides technical support, troubleshooting, product training and education programs for the 3M Sterilization Assurance and Monitoring Portfolio of products for the Northeast Region of the United States. Judy has been with 3M since 2006 in a variety of roles, including serving as an Account Executive and Business Specialist with the Infection Prevention Division. Prior to joining 3M, Judy spent 20 years working between Healthcare Distribution, Hospital Chemistry and Toxicology Labs, and doing Breast Cancer Research.

Silas McAghon, MBA, CRCST

Silas McAghon is a Clinical Specialist with 3M’s Medical Solutions Division in St. Paul, MN. He supports the entire sterilization monitoring portfolio and specializes in vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization and biological indicators. Silas represents 3M at healthcare facilities providing on-site trouble shooting, education, and product training. Prior to his time in the field, Silas spent 10 years at 3M headquarters and plants supporting the manufacture and development of sterilization monitoring products. Silas has been a co-chair or member of several AAMI working groups and was a 3M customer before joining the organization.
