CDI Staff Bandwidth and growth
This report evaluates nationwide survey results about the current state of CDI staffing levels, hiring trends, new staff orientation methods, as well as technology’s impact on CDI team collaboration. Nearly 69 percent of survey respondents said they are currently understaffed and 31 percent said they feel their staffing is adequate.
