1. GENERAL These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the purchase of event tickets (the “Tickets”) and the use of the services (the “Services”) provided by the event organizer (the “Organizer”). By purchasing the Tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. PURCHASE You may purchase Tickets from the Organizer’s website only not possible from the event venue. The Tickets may be purchased only for the stated purposes and are not transferable. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to the event and/or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed by the Organizer to be inappropriate or disorderly.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT The price for Tickets shall be as stated on the Organizer’s website. All prices are in United Kingdom currency and include applicable taxes and fees. Payment may be made by bank transfer or via Apple Pay.
4. REFUND POLICY Refunds are only available in the event of cancellation of the event. In such cases, Ticket holders will be issued a full refund of the Ticket purchase price. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the Organizer reserves the right to issue Tickets for the new date.
5. LIABILITY The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any Ticket holder as a result of any act or omission by the Organizer, its employees or agents.
